#Me Too
Karena is fascinated with the questioning of ideas relating to the human condition, exploring the human physiological journey and what we reveal or conceal from others. It is from this premise that she responded to the ‘#ME TOO’ movement denouncing sexual harassment. The resulting victimisation caused by years of suffering in silence to avoid being stigmatised has often only intensified the victim’s distress and disgrace. The result of the behaviour of the ‘unidentified man’ will continue to occupy the ‘headspace’ of the victim for years to come.
